Air Duct Cleaning

How we clean ducts

We take off reachable registers, send a rotating brush through the supplies and returns, and collect what comes loose with a vacuum. We also fog the system with antimicrobial and deodorizer. We do not coat the metal instead of brushing. If a run is boxed in or crushed, we tell you.

Metal trunks in older basements, builder flex in attics, long ranch runs, and light commercial closets or rooftops are all ordinary. The tools do not change. Access does. That is why we ask where the furnace sits.

When to call

Dusty vents, filters that load up fast, and ducts that have not been opened in years. After a remodel is another common time. If the house is wet, dry it first on the water page, then come back here.

What to expect

Most duct jobs take a few hours. Plan for someone to be home so we can get in, or leave a way to lock up when we finish. Keep pets in another room while the crew works. You do not have to empty the house. After we leave, keep changing filters on schedule.
