Absolutely! Many of the jobs we do are through the homeowner’s insurance company. We can deal directly with the insurance adjuster.
Can you give me assurance that there will be no future mold?
One of the first things we do when arriving on a job site is to do a thorough inspection, which includes moisture readings. We have state of the art moisture meters that detect even the slightest moisture. Once we determine where the moisture it, we remove it all, then we run blowers, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers, as needed, until everything is back to normal humidity, and there is no moisture left. This makes for an environment that prevents mold from ever being established. However, neither we, nor anyone else, can give you a 100% guarantee that you’ll never have mold again.
